Today is already a Wednesday! My gosh only 3 days till Saturday! So the question of the day is "Running a school district is somewhat like running a business. Each decision has costs associated with it. That said, if you were superintendent, what would be your philosophy when it comes to school closures, delays or early dismals due to weather?". Although I intend to never be a Superintendent I still am able to comprehend a philosophy for this subject. My philosophy would include a slogan called "Where Protection comes first!". So basically the philosophy is to insure that even though education/learning is incredibly important, protection is much more important. Without protection you aren't guaranteed an education.
